Background

Ball pythons and corn snakes are calm, odourless, silent and often eat only every week or two, which makes them surprisingly easy pets. Still, many people are put off by handling frozen rodents, the possibility of escapes and nervous neighbours. It is an interesting gap between reputation and actual care difficulty.
